Armed with over 40 years of broad and extensive experience in the building industry, I transitioned to a career as a Certified Home Inspector because I am passionate about helping people like you become smarter homeowners.
Experience highlights include building additions on homes for several years and designing manufactured homes as a draftsman. I am well versed in the details of the Ontario Building Code, including electrical and plumbing.

- After a detailed inspection of both the exterior and interior of your house, I provide a binder with a typed, fully personalized report illustrated with dated photos taken of identified problem areas.
- I also provide complimentary home owner educational material from the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI), titled “Now that you’ve had a home inspection…”
